Aaron Han is a trained milliner possessing an intimate background in fashion design, his unwavering drive for creative fulfillment has led him to don many hats, both figuratively and literally; immersing himself across a range of cross-disciplinary creative pursuits from costume design, to fine arts, fashion editorial and graphic design. Aaron Han was responsible for the sourcing of materials, construction of props, and set-up of décor for the Butter Factory. Following the closure of Butter Factory, Aaron Han embarked on a journey through corporate life with the ASICS Asia. Drawing on experience from his time as Creative Director of MODA magazine, where he had previously honed his skills in editorial content creation, Aaron Han found himself on the retail marketing team of the multinational sportswear label. In 2017, and Aaron Han joined the close-knit team behind LINGWU’s Le Salon where he remains till this day. As Workroom Assistant, he presides over content creation and supply-chain logistics while still engaging in product design.


Andy Lin has 13 Years of experience in leathercrafting and 4 years of experience in the leather trading industry. He is also the director at AL Leather Supply and did training at TaF.tc for 2 years, teaching all 6 leathercraft modules.


Always in love with shoes, Richard Siccardi at the beginning of his carrier worked as pattern maker in an Italian factory that was producing ladies luxury footwear. Then he moved to an education technical company Arsutoria were as teacher he is specialized in providing skills to the next generation of shoe designers. In the mean time he started his own company Arise.S where as CEO he partnered to increase the chances of every start-up or established brand in the shoe business. He likes to define a person that increase the skills of every person that works with him.
