Always in love with shoes, Richard Siccardi at the beginning of his carrier worked as pattern maker in an Italian factory that was producing ladies luxury footwear. Then he moved to an education technical company Arsutoria were as teacher he is specialized in providing skills to the next generation of shoe designers. In the mean time he started his own company Arise.S where as CEO he partnered to increase the chances of every start-up or established brand in the shoe business. He likes to define a person that increase the skills of every person that works with him.

Her label TEAL is a one stop shop for handcrafted, exquisite shoes and includes services like designing, prototype making, brand management and consulting.
